I heard that some Cat 4 guy celebrated yesterday at Turkey Day thinking he won but really he just crossed the line first with one lap to go. Hopefully there is some photographic evidence of it, but it's doubtful because who takes pictures of the peloton with one lap to go...
How embarrasing. The guy didn't just get pipped by a tire length. He got beat by half a wheel. In what world did he think he had enough time to sit up and celebrate.
If that’s a pic from the official’s camera it’s a good thing it wasn’t much closer, you can’t even see the winners front wheel. Looks like the bonehead officials need to learn how to set up the camera.
