Not sure when this pic was taken, but the aforementioned rider is no longer a Cat 5 and well on his way to being a cat 1!

Yeah, Dr W is more than likely off the front in a solo break pushing out 550 watts. Yeah, my helmet would be twisting to the side too.

OK, I have my first two road races ever coming up in the next few weeks, wonder if I will end up on this site...as a mountain biker attempting road crits, I fully expect to be dropped.
