If a former BAR administrator was dropped last week then the same former BAR administrator was dropped the following week then how many times in two weeks has the former BAR administrator gotten dropped if you divided that by the number of NCVC riders involved in this crash?

Is the guy with his foot on the ground "involved" in the crash?
I guess the answer to that question revolves around whether he went back to the pit and asked for a free lap or not...
